The Truth of the matter is that "Anger" in and of itself is normal, rather it is how anger is expressed that can be unhealthy with negative consequences resulting. Anger is typically a secondary response to another emotion or it results as a secondary emotion tied to a situation that envokes any number of other emotions.

* Anger can be destructive whether it is directed inwardly or outwardly.

* Being able to recognize anger is the key to understanding how to manage it
  especially the understanding the precursers to anger.

* Having a well balanced life style that includes exercise of both mind and body
  will make it easier for one to deal with the stress of life and with dealing with
  the many dynamic relationships we encounter in our social lives.
