









CREATIVE AND FUN WAYS TO EXERCISE! I realize not everyone may have access to fencing gear, however this is an example of how I am able to get a fantastic workout doing something I enjoy. I am the guy in the Black & White. You will sweat like you have never sweated before doing this sport and get one awesome anareobic workout. I do have extra gear for this and under certain and appropriate conditions I am able to allow people to try this sport. Lots of safety gear is used. It's a Blast!

People Often are able to get a great deal of exercise from activities that may be hobbies or even an interest. It is this approach that being to utilize activities that also meet your need for exercise and are fun!
As an example, Medieval Fencing or Rapier Style Fighting burns a lot of calories and is a great anareobic workout that works various muscles and exercises the cardiovascular system. Additionally you utilize a lot of leg movement which works the quadriceps, gluteus, and overall a great leg work out. The upper body is also challenged in the way of developing reflexes, timing, and dexterity.


There are other examples of creative ways to exercise. A good old fashion game of "dodge ball!" can be fun and if you are playing hard and have mutiple games, it's a great and fun workout. It can be very cathartic too to get out stress from a long day at the office. So you get your coworkers organized for a game of dodge ball! Talk about your team building exercises lol..

Here is another one for you. I like to go to medieval events in case you haven't guessed yet from the first example I used. How about the Caber toss? Well it's more of a way to test your strength than it is a workout, however it's a fun way to be physically active doing something fun.
