Depending on your current level of fitness and experience with exercise programs, your initial beginning program that will be designed for you will vary from individual to individual. You will not be expected to commit to working out out every single day as this is not realistic. Your body needs time to rest and recuperate My aim is to not only train you but to "teach" you how to exercise safely and properly so you can eventually be empowered and independent in exercising if you so choose to.

My job is to guide and teach you how to conduct exercises safely and effectively. In-between your training sessions with me I will give you activities you can do on your own In-between our meetings in order to optimize your success and results.
CURRENT RATES:
* If you are not purchasing a package and want to pay as you go "one session at a time" the rate is 60.00
Dollars per 60 minute session or " 1 hour" session. I believe in ensuring that my clients get a complete
workout when being supervised and trained by me. I will have you do both resistance training and
cardio/aerobic training and other modalities as well.
I offer different packages you can purchase to fit your needs and goals:
* If you you want to Train 5 days a week Monday through Friday for clients who want this type of
frequency of workouts. Comes out to 20 sessions for 600.00 $. This will last you 4 weeks.
* If you want to Train 4 days a week any 4 days out of each week comes out to 500.00
dollars for 16 sessions. This will last you 4 weeks.
* If you want to train 3 days a week any 3 days out of each week comes out to 400.00 dollars for 12
sessions. This will last you 4 weeks.
BEST VALUE DEAL:
* "48 Personal Training Sessions" for 960.00 $dollars comes out to 20.00 dollars
per session. If using these Personal Training Sessions to train 4 days per week this will last you 12
weeks or 3 months.
General Schedule of Fees:
Training sessions are generally 1 hour or 1 and a half hour, however time may vary depending on the type of workout.
1. Personal Training Sessions for in-person "one on one" supervised training vary depending on how many sessions you sign up for. Normally 60 $per session if paying each time you workout, however some discounts may apply when paying a monthly flate rate.
2. I can train you at your home. If you want me to come to your house and train you the fee is 75.00 dollars per session minimum of a one month comittment required at 3 sessions per week. In-Home personal training is determined on a case by case basis.
2. I am also available for hire to do Public Speaking Engagements/Presentations about the benefits of exercise to the human body, physical fitness and wellness ,in addition to how mental health is improved by exercise and being physically fit. I reference studies/research that has been done in addition to my practical experiences and philosophy. I can present to employers who want to encourage their employees to live a healthier lifestyle, families, and other organizations as requested. My fee for presenting is 400.00 dollar an hour.
