The NSCA continues to set the standard for personal training as the most well-respected personal trainer certification through national and international recognition.

* 27 years experience with weight resistance training & exercise programs
* Experienced in providing Cognitive & Behavioral Psychotherapy to address
achieving goals and overcoming barriers in life. Psychotherapy is a "separate
service" and if provided will be a completely separate service.
* Experienced working with both Adults and teenagers
* Experienced with counseling/treating a number of mental health and life
issues that impact overall mental and physical health.

1. Personal Training
I accept clients for "in-person" personal training on a case by case basis.
* Training hours are typically from 5:00 am through 6:30 pm during the day
* I can train you in person or I can coach you through online correspondence.
* I can design programs for you through online correspondence as well.
* All Physical Fitness Programs are developed to fit your individual needs,
Unique abilities, and Fitness Goals.

- Weight Loss
* I Help people lose weight through a combination of an exercise program and by providing information
and resources about nutrition and how to manage calories.
- Body Composition Testing with the free initial consultation. This
includes measuring your "Body-Fat Percentage" using Skinfold Testing with a
Skinfold Caliper and also using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. I will also
determine your Body Mass Index (BMI) and do base line girth measurements. I
will let you know where you rank or compare in regard to the normative
reference standards and inform you if you are considered at "risk."
- Weight Resistance & Strength Training (tone & increase lean muscle mass)
Muscle is a metabolic burning tissue. Having lean muscle mass/tissue makes
you more efficient at burning calories. Please see Resistance Training and

- Cardio Training (Aerobic & Anaerobic Training) It is important to have
a healthy cardio vascular system and heart. Please see Aerobic Training and Benefits of Exercise.
- Circuit Training (Trains both muscular and aerobic endurance/performance)
- Cross Training (Combines several exercise modes within one exercise
program)
- Plyometric Training for athletes or anyone who wants to increase their
quickness, speed, and explosiveness. Training designed to produce fast,
powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system,
generally for the purpose of improving performance in a specific sport.
