YOUR INITIAL ONE HOUR CONSULTATION WITH ME IS FREE.
1. One on One Personal Training
I accept clients for one on one "in-person" personal training on case by case basis due to my busy schedule. I primarily do consultant work and public presentations & education. I also have a network of other allied professionals that I can refer you to. For more information feel free to contact me through this website.
Online Coaching and Personal Training includes e-mail and phone call correspondence and other forms of media that are available to both Myself and the client.
2. Consultation, trouble shooting, and problem solving for conflict resolution
3. Cardiovascular Endurance Training (aerobic exercise & anaerobic exercise)
It is important to have a healthy cardio vascular system and heart. Please see
Aerobic Training and Benefits of Exercise.
4. Circuit Training (trains both muscular and aerobic endurance)
5. Cross Training (Combines several exercise modes within one exercise program)
6. Strength Training/weight resistance training
(tone & increase lean muscle mass) Muscle is a metabolic burning
tissue. Having lean muscle mass/tissue makes you more efficient at burning

7. Plyometric Training for athletes or anyone who wants to increase their
quickness, speed, and explosiveness. Training designed to produce fast,
powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system,
generally for the purpose of improving performance in a specific sport.
8. - Free Body Composition Testing with the free initial consultation. This
includes measuring your "Body-Fat Percentage" using Skinfold Testing with a
Skinfold Caliper and also using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. I will also
determine your Body Mass Index (BMI) and do base line girth measurements. I
will let you know where you rank or compare in regard to the normative
reference standards and inform you if you are considered at "risk."
9. Professional Counseling-Cognitive & Behavioral Psychotherapy as a separate
service:
I can also provide counseling to help you address issues related to your
mental health and well being. Anxiety, Depression, Emotional & or Behavioral Problems. This is a separate service from the personal training. In order to avoid any perceived conflicts of interest or dual relationships, I will have to provide this service separately to you and NOT both personal training and psychotherapy together at the same time. You have to choose between one or the other. Professional counseling is a weekly service meeting one day out of the week. This is a $75.00 fee per session for this service. This service is for more serious persistent mental health issues. While personal training is expected to involve coaching, encouragement, and help with life style change or behavior modification, Psychotherapy is a more intensive service and that is why it must be kept as a separate service if you want this service.

10. Public Speaking Engagements/Presentations: I am also available for hire to do Public Speaking Engagements/Presentations about the benefits of exercise to the human body, physical fitness and wellness ,in addition to how mental health is improved by exercise and being physically fit. I reference studies/research that has been done in addition to my practical experiences and philosophy. I can present to employers who want to encourage their employees to live a healthier lifestyle, families, and other organizations as requested. My fee for presenting is 400.00 dollars an hour. * Every individual’s needs will vary. Some people are more motivated than others. Counseling is or can be incorporated into an exercise program to assist with achieving fitness, wellness, and behavioral goals. I take into account people’s individual differences and uniqueness.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
* It is very important that when you begin an exercise program to have a certified personal trainer screen you for past medical history and or health risk factors that should be taken into consideration when developing an exercise program and before doing base line testing. Levels of intensity such as moderate to vigorous exercise can be adjusted accordingly based on an individual's current fitness level. In some cases with special populations or certain risk factors, it may be appropriate or necessary to get a medical release from your primary care physician before beginning an exercise program. A person should always be "progressively" brought along through an exercise program in terms of the level of intensity at a level consistent with their fitness level and fitness gains/improvements. If your personal trainer does not do this you may need to question the safety of your program.
